Overview

1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

At LifeSketch, we are committed to protecting children from any form of sexual abuse or exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content, behavior, or activity that involves or promotes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

We have a zero tolerance policy towards CSAE. Any account found to be involved in the creation, sharing, or storage of such content will be permanently banned and reported to the relevant authorities.

3. Content Monitoring and Moderation

We utilize automated tools and human moderators to detect and remove harmful or abusive content.
User-generated content is regularly reviewed for violations of our safety policies.

4. Reporting CSAE Content

If you come across any content that appears to involve or promote CSAE:

Please report it immediately via our in-app reporting tool or by emailing us at support@lifesketch.io
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

5. Response to Reports

Upon receiving a report:

We immediately suspend the reported content and account for investigation.
If the report is validated, we permanently ban the user and notify relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement as appropriate.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

LifeSketch cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies investigating CSAE cases. We provide all necessary information to assist in criminal investigations while complying with applicable privacy laws.
